ISS releases it's new Network Infrastructure Management System - ISS NIMS for short.

ISS NIMS changes the way you manage your ICT (Information and Communication Technology) networks and devices by monitoring network health and network devices, then pro-actively reporting on possible problems before they happen.

NIMS monitors devices on your corporate network such as servers, desktops, laptops, routers, switches and network printers. It then reports the information to our secure servers and syncronises directly with the ISS Helpdesk. ISS technicians can identify problems before they happen. ISS will inform you and solve the problem for you or let your ICT support team know about the issue.

With ISS NIMS managing your network, ISS can:

  • Monitor network health and network device stability and availability.
  • Increase network availability by solving potential problems on devices.
  • Manage your corporate software licenses to ensure software compliance.
  • Monitor hardware / software configuration changes to network devices.
  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date asset register of all your networked devices.
